Purpose of the deposit
The refundable security deposit protects against damage, fines, missing fuel, late return, excessive cleaning, lost keys and other charges under the rental agreement.
Deposit amount
The applicable amount is shown with the selected vehicle and may vary by vehicle, payment method, coverage and renter profile.
Release and refund
After return, the vehicle is inspected. When no charge applies, the release is initiated according to the payment method. Bank processing times are outside AutoKing’s direct control.
Deductions
Any deduction should be supported by the rental agreement, inspection evidence, official fine, service estimate or another relevant document.
Zero deposit option
When All Inclusive Protection is available and selected, its zero-deposit rule applies to eligible bookings under the package terms and exclusions.
