Before confirmation
A pending booking may be cancelled without a rental charge. Any third-party payment or bank fee is subject to the provider’s rules.
After confirmation
Cancellation terms depend on the rate, vehicle category, rental period and notice given. The written confirmation sent by AutoKing forms part of the applicable booking terms.
Late cancellation and no-show
Late cancellations and failure to appear at the agreed time may result in partial or full loss of prepaid amounts and reserved services.
Cancellation after vehicle pickup or early return
If you cancel after collecting the vehicle or return it earlier than the agreed return date or time, the rental payment is non-refundable.
How to cancel
After confirmation, you can cancel the booking on our website through the Manage Booking section by entering your reservation number and email address. You may also contact us by email or WhatsApp. A cancellation is valid after AutoKing confirms it.
